It's not always just about posting the right content - social listening and transparent communication are essential in keeping viewers updated and happy. That's why, when a technical issue rewired our programming guide I was the first to be alerted by our viewers. After flagging the issue to the rest of the UKIDS team, I acted as liaison between viewers and brand. Nothing is scarier than an angry mother, so I was happy to keep our viewers updated on our progress and assure them that their child's programming was still available.
Sometimes clients want to see all the options before making a decision... in this case 17 different book cover options! But with hard work, dedication, and the amazing Sue A. Johnston we produced an amazing book that reached the top of the charts in it's category on Amazon!
If there's one thing about being a murder beat reporter, it's that speed is key! That's why one of my proudest accomplishments was reporting on the "D.C. Mansion Murder", at one point beating all other news outlets to print when a fresh development happened in court!
Sometimes paid advertisements just aren't enough. Using my past experience at Universal Kids, I ideated a 3 month social calendar for our client to support their awareness campaign. That's a lot of ideas!

Have I got some stories...
If there's two things that are tricky to deal with it's millennials and genocide, especially when presenting to the experts. That we were able to surprise the review panel with our out-of-the-box thinking was a huge accomplishment!
When you have to coordinate with people overseas, quick and consistent communication is key! That's why I had the responsibility of managing the Social Media Committee. Whether it was communicating important national days, breaking news or just checking in on performance, I led the initiative to make sure we had consistent messaging across the globe!
If there's one thing I love it's art and illustrations. That's why I was so honored to be asked to create 15 unique badges to be used on the CheeseRank.com Newsletter!
